At Max Logo Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a transparent and fair return and refund policy for our logo design services.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • No Design Work Started: If no work has been initiated on your project (i.e., no concepts or drafts created), we will provide a full refund.

  • Design Work in Progress: If we’ve started working on your design but you are not satisfied with the initial concept, we offer two rounds of revisions to ensure your needs are met. If you are still not satisfied, we will provide a partial refund (50% of the total amount).

  • Completed Design: If the final logo has been delivered and you have approved the design, no refunds will be provided.

2. Cancellation and Refund Process

  • To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, our standard refund terms apply.

  • Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with details of the issue, your order number, and any supporting documentation.

3. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve it by contacting you directly. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be escalated to a legal entity within the jurisdiction of [Your Country/State].

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

5. Final Decision

Max Logo Hub reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds and returns.
